Refund Policy

• Medical: Registration fees are non-refundable unless due to medical prior to July 15th of the current year which medical is to be certified through a doctor’s note. If medical prior to July 15th, please send Dr’s note and letter to address below.  

• Drop: If participant decides to just drop, half fee will be reimbursed if drop is prior to July 15th of current year. If drops after day 1 of practice there is no return fee required to be returned. 
  
  
  
  Suspended Season Return Fee Policy….

•  If Season is suspended prior to the start of the season, there is a full refund. 

• The Registration Return fee if a season is cancelled anytime during the season is less the initial $10 Insurance cost and $15 less each week the program has practiced
