Yes, WPW has an EAP and every coach and program administrator is provided a copy in the team book. It is better to be prepared in case situations do arise. These situations include, but are not limited to, events such as a medical emergency and severe weather.

Does my child’s weight matter?
No.  Teams are based on birthdate age.

How many games will my child play?
- There are 7-8 League Games.  Teams continue to play if in the Championships.
- Pop
Warner has a mandatory play rule where all participants must play in all games. The number of plays depends on how many players are on the roster.
- Football games will start after Labor Day where the cheerleaders will cheer at their games.
- Flag Football will be introduced to 5U.  Games days TBD.
- Start time: the younger teams begin first usually around 9:30am (arrive an hour earlier), then the teams proceed every 1.5 hours after that.

When does the schedule of games come out?
We don't create the schedule in Woburn. We have to wait for the conference to assign our games. Due to late registrations across all towns, we don't know which towns have matching levels. The conference Board is always working on getting the schedule locked in as soon as possible and will share it when it's ready.
- Until the schedule is released, plan to play on Sunday morning/early afternoon for each weekend after Labor Day through end of October.  There may be a bye one of the weeks.

What times will the games be?
Once the game schedule is created, we will know.
5-year-olds - Flag - TBD
U7-U13 plays on Sundays. The younger teams go first and usually begin at 9am with an hour arrival time prior.  The next at 10:30, then 12pm, then 1:30pm.
Since we don't know which towns have matching levels, there are no set times. For example, if Woburn is playing Chelmsford but Chelmsford doesn't have a U7 team, our U9 team will be the first game in Chelmsford. U7 will have a different location that day. Just an example.

Cheerleading Season
-
Tiny Mite Division will exhibit in two local cheer competitions and will learn a routine to perform.
-  All other divisions are competing on the road to Nationals.  They will compete in two competitions in October.
-  Should a team place 1st or 2nd in the League Competition, they will then compete at the New England Region Competition.
-  Should a team place first or second place at the New England Region Competition they will move onto the National Pop Warner Cheer and -   Dance Competition inCharlotte, NC.
